Scene 10

Treneé’s Thoughts Spoken in a Voiceover: He didn’t know a little lady like me could do a man’s job? Puhlease. It’s black men like him that are the problem because being black in this world is so hard because we are already seen in a certain perspective so we have to work extra hard but being a black women is even harder. We are looked down upon so much so people think that we can’t do anything, especially a man’s job and that’s exactly why my dad has taught me how to work on cars and he’s always told me to follow my dreams and to show people better than I can tell them.
